Welcome to New Growth Investments LLC ("NGI", "we"). These Terms govern your use of your NGI account and the NGI family of apps (WURTHIT, MERIDIAN, SafeSign, Duet, RouteLoop, and others).
Your account
One NGI account signs you in to every NGI app. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
Subscriptions & billing
Logging in does not itself grant paid features. Each app may offer free, trial, and paid tiers; paid plans are billed by that app (via Stripe) under the terms shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the apps, attempt to break security, upload unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Documents & e-signatures
SafeSign and NGI Sign produce tamper-evident records; they are not a substitute for legal advice. You are responsible for the documents you sign or send.
No warranty; liability
The apps are provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, NGI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
